How to use:
To insert the Beppy, just squeeze the tampon together and insert into your vagina. Continue pushing it inside as you would a tampon. Done!
To remove, simply pinch the sponge with two fingers and gently remove. This can take a few goes to master. If you're having trouble, try pushing your pelvic floor down to help lower the beppy. If you don't get it first go, don't panic. There is no way it can get stuck! Relax, get yourself in a squat like position and retry. Water, like in the bath, can help lower the beppy if you need extra assistance.
